SPECIALTY CRUISES

Rum Runners History & Tasting Cruise – July 25th, August 22nd, and October 3rd

Join us aboard the historic skipjack, Wilma Lee to hear the exciting stories of Rum Runners in the Chesapeake. As Prohibition gripped the country, the mazelike waterways and the defiant culture of the watermen made the Bay a prime location for booming illegal enterprise.

Beverages and tastings will be provided by Lyon Rum, a signature line of rums paying tribute to the rich, spirited traditions of the Eastern Shore, located  steps from the Chesapeake in St. Michaels. Includes complimentary snacks. 21+

Forward Brewing Tasting Cruise – October 17th

Join us aboard our historic Skipjack, Wilma Lee, for a special sunset beer tasting with local favorite, Forward Brewing. They will provide a short pour flight of beers brewed right down the street at their restaurant/brewery in Eastport. Each beer will be accompanied by a description of its style, tasting notes, and other fun facts by one of Forward’s Brewers. Guests will enjoy four 6-8ounce pours, snacks and a beautiful sunset and leave with a logo’d stainless steel tumbler. This cruise is for guests aged 21 and up only.

Experience Annapolis and the Chesapeake Bay with one of our Specialty Cruises aboard the historic skipjack, Wilma Lee.
These two-hour cruises have unique themes from exploring local microbrews with Eastport neighbor, Forward Brewing, to getting up close to local events from the water or learning about the history of rum running on the Chesapeake Bay while sipping rum from local favorite, Lyons Rum.
