About:
During his time as Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Captain Miller saw a lot of mishaps like the one in this interview. Learning how to build PT boats didn't come without trial and error. Captain Miller learned from their mistakes and, with his MIT education, became an expert in boat design. He authored several articles on ship design matters and co-authored a book on sailing yacht design.
