One of the reasons that Captain Miller was chosen to be Supervisor of Shipbuilding in Annapolis by the Navy was his design of a PT created for his thesis. During his time at Annapolis Yacht Yard, Captain Miller recalls having a great team to work on the boats with. His relationships helped him become the Annapolis maritime expert that he became.
